Treating yourself to a good breakfast is a great way to start off your day on the right foot. Let us know, and we will prepare you a breakfast with delicious products from our own farm, including dried apple rings*, fresh eggs from our chickens*, homemade cakes or strudel*, homemade jams*, and juices* made from our own fruit. Plus, a selection of sweet and savoury treats from the region. If you prefer to just have fresh bread rolls, we’ll deliver them to order!

Take our farm products with you for a snack between meals, for cooking or as a gift to take home: browse the produce corner in our communal room and pick your favourite farm products. Our selection includes dried fruit, homemade juices and jams or fresh eggs, depending on the season.
Honesty bar
Our honesty bar is open around the clock, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee from a local roastery whenever you want. Or, if you prefer, treat yourself to a herbal tea and a slice of homemade cake. You can also refill your water bottle with fresh still or sparkling water, and if you don’t have one with you, we are happy to provide one.
Local wines
Elegant, complex reds such as St. Magdalener and Lagrein, or fruity, fresh white wines such as Sauvignon and Pinot Blanc? Whatever you prefer, the wines from the Bozen winery will delight you with their unique character.
