On request, we prepare breakfast for you in the Triangolo, featuring homemade treats, products from our own farm and carefully selected South Tyrolean specialities.
Add a good cup of coffee, time to sit together and views out into the greenery – sometimes, that’s all a morning needs.

A beautiful day starts with a good breakfast. On request, we prepare breakfast for you in our breakfast room, featuring treats from our own farm: gently dried apple rings*, fresh eggs from our hens*, homemade cakes or strudel*, homemade jams* and juices* made from our own fruit. Alongside these, we serve a selection of sweet and savoury specialities from the region.

Farm products to take home
or a snack, for cooking or as a little taste of South Tyrol to take home: our product corner offers a selection of farm-made products for self-service. Dried fruit, homemade juices and jams or fresh Feggs – depending on what the season has to offer.
Trust Bar – help yourself
From 7 am to 10 pm, help yourself at our Trust Bar in the Triangolo: enjoy a cup of coffee from a South Tyrolean roastery whenever you like, hot water for herbal tea, a slice of homemade cake, and fresh tap water to refill your water bottle.
Fresh bread in the morning
Prefer breakfast in your own apartment? Simply order your favourite bread rolls and we’ll bring them to you fresh from the bakery in the morning.
Enjoy a slow breakfast in your apartment, out on the balcony or in your private garden. Gluten-free bread rolls are also available on request.
Simply place your order by 6 pm the evening before.
