For centuries, Trianglhof has been an agricultural establishment and an important part of the local cultural heritage. Its name comes from the triangular shape of the property, where the farmstead lies uniquely embedded in the surrounding terrain.
History
& Tradition
Trianglhof has a remarkable history. Each generation of the Staffler family has continued to develop the farm, preserving its agricultural traditions while embracing new ideas and methods. Sustainability and respect for nature have always been deeply rooted in our family.
As Bolzano grew over time, we eventually had to give up the original farmstead – but not our heritage. In 2025, a new chapter began with the construction of the new Trianglhof 2025.

The new farmstead carries our heritage into the present. We continue to devote ourselves to fruit growing and winemaking. As members of the Bolzano Winery, our grapes are turned into internationally award-winning wines. Our guests stay in modern apartments while experiencing South Tyrolean wine culture first-hand. A harmonious blend of past and future, tradition and innovation.
A tour of the farm with wine tasting
Curious to discover how our terroir shapes the character of our wines? During a personal tour of the farm, Michael will introduce you to the world of South Tyrolean winegrowing and share insights into working in the vineyards. Afterwards, you’ll taste selected wines from the Bolzano Winery and discover the distinctive character of wines from our region.
Pool & Garden
Dive in. Switch off. Surrounded by vineyards – with the Catinaccio almost within reach.
Take a dip, then walk barefoot across the lawn and let your gaze drift towards the Catinaccio. Around our heated saltwater pool, you’ll find one of those favourite places where there is simply nothing you need to do.
The pool is open from April to October and is equipped with a retractable cover. On cooler days, it stays closed – so you can still enjoy a swim underneath. As soon as it gets warm enough, the cover opens and the pool becomes an open-air retreat right among the vineyards.
More than 1,000 m² of garden and sunbathing lawn give you plenty of space to relax, play and enjoy the outdoors. Find a quiet spot in the sun or shade, settle down by the pool or simply enjoy the special setting among our vineyards.
While the grown-ups switch off, younger guests have plenty of room to play and explore. And with so much space around you, everyone can still find a quiet corner of their own.
Best of all, you’re surrounded by greenery and vineyards, with the Dolomites and the Catinaccio in view – yet Bolzano’s old town is only a few minutes away.

For young explorers

Run barefoot across the lawn, dig in the sand, swing, slide or simply explore the surroundings – at Trianglhof, children have plenty of space to be outdoors and on the move.
With a sandpit, swing and slide, there is lots to discover right in the garden. And for those who would rather chase a ball, there is plenty of room for a game of football on the lawn – small football goals and a children’s football are ready to use.
Best of all is all the space around them: for playing, running around and all those little adventures that happen naturally.
While the children find their favourite place, the grown-ups can relax and enjoy time in the garden.

We have lived with and from nature for centuries. Protecting and preserving the environment therefore comes naturally to us.
We generate our energy sustainably using photovoltaic systems, solar collectors and a heat pump. The heat pump keeps our apartments comfortably warm in winter and efficiently cool in summer.
In this way, we combine modern comfort with a responsible use of the resources that surround us – today and for generations to come.
